Born in Baltimore, MD and raised in the outlying suburbs, Justin grew up as one of three kids. Recognized by a long line of teachers and principals as an outspoken and opinionated youth, Justin first took the stage at the age of 5 in the Trinity School talent show. He played the role of the lifeguard in the sketch entitled "Surfin' USA". He later earned a degree in theatre from the University of Maryland at College Park. After completing his formal education, Justin spent the next few years working in regional theatre on the east coast. This included acting in productions of: "A Christmas Carol" and " A Bedfull of Foreigners" at the Wayside Theatre in Middletown, VA, "Romeo and Juliet" at the Olney Theatre in Olney, MD and touring with three original plays for the Bridgework Theatre Co. During the same period he also worked as a carpenter building sets for: the Olney Theatre, Roundhouse Theatre, Studio Theatre, Washington Savoyards and others. In addition, Justin worked as Stage Manager for the National Ballet, Technical Director for the Maryland Arts Festival and as Assistant Director and Stage Manager for T.U.T.A. In 1998, Justin moved to L.A. to pursue work in TV and film.

Currently, he divides his working time between acting and contracting work and spends his personal time with good friends, favorite dog, and frequent trips back home to visit the family. New summer challenges include planting a cottage garden at the house and learning to surf.
